Conditions of Use
Please ensure you read the item description for an item and not just look at the pictures, we provide pictures to help you see what the product you are purchasing is like, as such pictures may contain more items than are for sale per single quantity purchased and may contain multiple angles. Many of the items such as pre-order or made to order items show an example of what you could receive for the material, by this we mean that natural (as well as some man made ones) materials vary in colour and pattern and some variation is to be expected from the one shown and what is made for you. If you are in any doubt please contact us so that we can clarify it for you.
Although we do our best to maintain the site and keep the products & quantities listed up-to-date, occasionally mistakes or website errors do happen, a product may not be removed when out of stock item from the shop before you purchase. If this happens we will contact you to discuss the issue and come to a solution.
Pre-order / made to order, these products are not in stock we only make them once the order has been placed and is subject to our production queue. We of course aim to get these orders made and shipped out asap working on a first come first made basis, but as there are only 2 of us it can sometimes take a little while to get everything made and shipped. As we use a 3rd party casting company for silver beads/cores there many occasionally be delays outside of our control we will do our best to keep you up-to-date with progress/delays. Usually our production queue is between 4-8 weeks but our hoping to reduce this as we grow, we will email you when you place your order and give you a rough idea of how long the wait will be. Items that this apply to will have the term pre-order or made to order in the description.
Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card and is secured by square payments. Alternative methods are available such as PayPal. We also accept Klarna payments from UK customers, Klarna offers such options as pay in 3 and financing, options available vary and depend on the order value and and being approved by Klarna for credit (please see their website for more information).
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations items purchased through subscription (such as our monthly bead) are not liable for cancellation. Other orders maybe cancelled with 7 days of receipt of the item in an unused and unworn state, please contact us within 7 days to arrange returning the item to us. Postage costs (both return and original) are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 5% deductible fee to cover payment processing and refund fees that we are charged by our payment processors.
If there is a problem with your order i.e. it arrived damaged or broken or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as you receive the item, you will be asked for pictures of damaged items and you will likely have to return the item and the original packaging (so please keep them safe) so that we can forward both on to Royal mail to make a claim for the damage. If you have received the incorrect item we will arrange a replacement for the correct item to be sent out to you once we have received the incorrect item back. Please contact us before returning anything so that we can provide you with details for returning and information to include with your return.
Wolf Beads brand is owned by Stonewolf Adornments Ltd, they are our parent company. Payments on bank statements/noted in paypal accounts will carry the name Stonewolf Adornments.
Also by using the site you are releasing us (the owner of the site) from any responsibility or liability for the actions of others or yourselves from use of the site or products purchased from the site, all items are provided without warranty.
