Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

We ship out orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, orders must be placed by 4pm GMT on the day before (Mondays and Thursdays) to be prepared and shipped out on the following day. There are some occasions when this isn't possible (bank holidays) or we have other engagements that don't allow this (when attending trade shows or fairs and conventions), in these instances we will notify you and confirm when your order will be shipping out.

All orders are sent with a tracked shipping method via Royal Mail, you will be provided with your tracking number as soon as your order dispatches. If there is no tracked option for your country we will use a signed for option if available, any postage cost overages caused by needing to change the shipping method will be refunded when your order is dispatched.

We charge a flat rate £15 for shipping no matter where you are located in the world, there is no increase for larger orders.

We can ship to most countries in the world, if during checkout there is no shipping option displayed for your country drop us an email via our contact us page with your country and we will double check that we can ship there and add it to the shipping on the site.

Import (duty and/or VAT) fees maybe applicable to orders sent outside of the UK, we are not responsible for these charges which are applied by your own countries governments. (EU- from 1st July 2021 all orders over £0 are liable for import fees, 1st Jan 2021 all items going into the EU will be charge VAT + handling fee.) Please check with your own postal service or government website for details on what these import fees will likely be; any handling fee that they may apply for processing the import on your behalf; so that you have an idea of what they are likely to when your order arrives. We are required by law to declare the value of the goods contained in your parcel on the customs forms.
